1 NOVEMBER, 2006
Just a short newsletter about three topics:
1. Radio Skid Row
I am doing another interview on Radio Skid Row (88.9 FM) tomorrow, Thursday 2 November, 2006 from 4-6pm. In addition to the interview I will be performing a couple of original tracks live in the studio.
2. Triple J Unearthed
Many thanks to those who have assisted to date by playing, rating or reviewing my tracks on the Unearthed website. It's difficult to know who has taken the trouble to review because they take an age to reach the page and I understand that not all reviews are actually posted. So if you have reviewed and I don't personally thank you it's either because I haven't actually seen your review, or can't connect your registered name with you. Please don't think it's not appreciated.
The songs up so far are doing better than I expected. At the present time Harlequin is No 260 in the site's overall chart and 97 in its genre (I think I chose 'rock'). Best Man is 450 overall and 160 in its genre (again I think I put them both in 'rock'). Given that from my calculations there are some 15-20,000 tracks on the site I'm really over the moon about the response, particularly as there have been quite a number of people downloading the tracks.
The competition is still going so if you haven't had the chance to get in and play, rate or review the songs please go here:

3. Mortdale Hotel
I'm back on at the Mortie on Friday 3 November, 2006 between 8pm to midnight. Lots of new songs to play for the first time including 'Life in the Fast Lane' (Eagles), 'Sad Lisa' (Cat Stevens) plus lots of the old favourites. Come along, enjoy the non-smoking atmosphere, have a couple of drinks and make a request. Hope to see you there.
Thanks again for all your support.
Cheers
