Newsletter 1 February, 2005

Just a short newsletter to let you know that 'Get it Right This TIme' has hit the number 1 spot in the mp3.com.au 'country' chart today, and has placed at number 43 in the overall chart for the site. Some of the others are still doing okay with 'Hardie's Men' at 18 in the 'Country Rock' chart, 'Light the Flame' at 32 in the 'Funk' charts, and the kids' songs at numbers 4, 6 and 12 in the 'Songs for Children' charts.

The combined results place me at number 7 for 'pop/rock' and at number 54 overall in the 'Artist' charts.

Thanks to all of you who have visited the mp3.com.au site.and helped my songs climb up the charts.

I will be back in the studio tomorrow and am not sure as yet whether I will be completing the partly completed songs or laying down backing tracks for the balance with a view to finishing them all off later.

Don't forget the Mortdale Hotel this Friday if you are in Sydney. The music starts at 8pm and goes till midnight.
